Purchasing:
When ordering or purchasing a product from MEDSDOT.COM, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to act in compliance with all the regulations and importation laws of the destination country. In order to purchase products from MEDSDOT.COM, you must be at least 18 years of age (or of any other age, allowed by the laws of the country to which the products are shipped). Availability of products and products’ prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Upon checkout completion, you will receive an e-mail with all pertinent information, please, keep it for reference, and do not immediately delete this. Website prices do not include shipping charges.
Order cancellations:
Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are generally not accepted. In some cases, we may cancel your order, providing you submit us a written notification within 24 hours of the time you made your order, and fulfill the other necessary requirements.
Payment:
Payments may only be made using a card (VISA card). When you purchase any products via MEDSDOT.COM, you give your consent to charge purchases to the card you provide. Name of the receiver of products has to be the same as the name written on the card. Card transactions have minimum order limit of USD200.00, and maximum order limit of USD2,000.00 per transaction. For the first time customers a large quantity order is not accepted, the maximum amount of order being of USD500.00.
Shipping:
All products are shipped at the full risk of the purchaser. MEDSDOT.COM is shipping the ordered products through airmail. All packages are shipped in a very discrete way.
The order could automatically be divided into two or more packages, if it is too large for one package.
Sometimes, the ordered products may come under a different name and in different packaging than it has been exhibited on the website/e-shop. The above technical details are within manufacturers’ competence, and do not alter the contents of the products.
Our shipping practice does not envisage sending products to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery:
While MEDSDOT.COM will handle the customer’s products with the utmost care, MEDSDOT.COM denies any liability for damage or loss due to fource majeure circumstances (fire, floods etc.), casualty, or negligence while the customer’s products are in the care and possession of MEDSDOT.COM.
Customer’s products are not insured and are stored at the risk of the customer. We shall deliver the ordered products to the address you provided at the time you have made your order. Orders paid with a card could only be shipped to cardholders billing address. We shall try to deliver the products you purchased within 10-20 business days; however, delay in delivery is sometimes beyond our control. Any dates we give you with regard to delivery are approximate, and we shall not be accountable for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, charges, and fees, caused by any delay in delivering of the products to you, unless caused by our negligence.
MEDSDOT.COM takes no responsibility for non-deliveries, delivery delays, or wrongly delivered products as a result of Postal Service activity or inactivity. Once the goods have been delivered to your delivery address, we are no longer accountable for any damage or loss of the products.
The customer's order will be delayed if the customer has failed to provide to MEDSDOT.COM all necessary information and materials in due time.
Refunds and reshipping of products:
It is critical that you contact MEDSDOT.COM by e-mail if you decide to return any goods to us for whatever reason.
In the event you receive a product that has not been ordered, the right product will be reshipped free of charge. In the event products arrive damaged to the customer due to negligence (e.g. improper packaging by MEDSDOT.COM), products will be replaced, provided that a claim is made, proof of improper packaging is obtained, and a notification letter is sent to our representation within 14 days of delivery.
In the event you receive your products in an incorrect quantity (please, bear in mind that a large order could be divided into several packages), and provided that you have made a claim, obtained a proof from the competent authority, and notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our obligation is to make good any such shortage.
In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to MEDSDOT.COM, the latter offers no refund.
We neither offer a refund, nor replace/reship the products, confiscated by any customs authority or lost in transit on its way to your destination. We may reship the order only in case it came back, but in any case, the customer is entirely responsible for any shipment, delivery or transportation charges, unless otherwise stipulated herein. Also, it is the customers’ obligation to know if the ordered products/substances are legally authorized or not in the destination country, and act in compliance with the legislation in force.
Communication:
Once you are using MEDSDOT.COM website, you agree to communicate with us electronically. It means that, upon registration, you may send us e-mails, and we may send you any website related promotional information, which you decide to receive upon subscription. Electronic communication through e-mail has the same legal value as if being received on a hard copy.
Miscellaneous:
MEDSDOT.COM shall not be held accountable for any non-delivery, or wrong delivery, if the incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate updated personal information every time when there appear any changes. MEDSDOT.COM takes no responsibility for wrong deliveries, lost orders or product(s) or whatever damage caused by the Postal Service.
If you do not receive the purchased products within 30 days of the date on which you have ordered/paid for them, you must notify us of the above in writing at our contact address within 40 days of the date on which you have ordered/paid for the products.
MEDSDOT.COM will make every possible attempt to minimize disruption caused by technical errors; however, we cannot guarantee error-free service to or customers because of some technical problems (hardware, software, files etc.). MEDSDOT.COM could in no way be accountable with regard to the above technical problems, incurred as a result of using this website or any other linked sites.
